Myrtle Oak Clinic is committed to delivering services in a safe, practical and innovative way during the coronavirus pandemic.
How will we do that?
We ask all clients, staff and visitors not to come to clinic if they have cold or flu like symptoms or have been exposed to someone with a confirmed case of coronavirus.
If you have recently returned from traveling to a country please call the office on 02 43 623 443, before going ahead with your appointment to discuss treatment options.
For those that are affected we will discuss the options of phone or online sessions with you.
Where a staff member presents with cold or flu like symptoms they will not return to work until they have been tested and received medical advice on quarantine requirements.
Staff are following advice from the government on social distancing in the office and at home.
We will continue to remain up to date with the latest recommendations and make necessary modifications to our services to ensure that we can continue to support our clients.
How can you help??
Contact our office on 02 43 623 443 to let us know if you are unwell as soon as possible.
If you are coming to clinic please ensure you wash or sanitise your hands on arrival, we have washing facilities available.
If you sneeze or cough when we are with you please ensure you cough into your elbow, a tissue and wash your hands immediately.
We will continue to stay up to date with advice from NSW Health and Medicare as it comes to hand.
Thank you for your cooperation
