Bec has a passion for holistically supporting individuals to overcome barriers and live rich, full, and meaningful lives. Bec has worked with individuals across the lifespan in government, community and private settings. While she enjoys working with people from all walks of life, she has special interest in working with adolescents and young adults. Bec uses a range of interventions to tailor her sessions and meet individual needs including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Schema Therapy.

Bec has completed specific training in treating eating disorders and is eager to utilise her experience and knowledge of complementary intervention strategies to support individuals to develop a positive relationship with food and body image. She feels privileged to be able to assist clients to build confidence and work through their most difficult times.
