Jessica (she/her) is passionate about working with clients to normalise eating behaviours and improve their relationship with food so that they may live their best life. Jessica is passionate about working within the mental health field and is especially interested in supporting clients who are experiencing an eating disorder, disordered eating behaviours, body image concerns, or have a history of dieting. Jessica uses a non-dieting, weight-neutral, and trauma-informed approach with clients and their families.

Jessica has experience working with clients of all ages across a range of settings including private practice, inpatient mental health, community/disability, and residential aged care. Jessica has experience working with a range of eating disorders and across the stages of eating disorder treatment and recovery.

Jessica is a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC) with the Australian New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED), and is training in Family Based Treatment (FBT).

Jessica is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and member of Dietitians Australia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Honours Class I) from The University of Newcastle.

When not working, you could find Jessica taking her dogs for a walk (Louis the chihuahua and Milo the dachshund), playing video games, gardening, camping, or enjoying an iced coffee.
