Alice (she/her) is a dedicated Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician.
Passionate about holistic wellbeing, Alice views nutrition as a key element in enhancing both physical and mental health. She works closely with her clients to design practical, long-term nutrition strategies that not only address physical health needs but also nurture emotional and social wellbeing.
Alice has extensive experience supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities, mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression, eating disorders, and chronic health concerns. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based frameworks, including the Non-Diet Approach and Health At Every Size (HAES)®️ principles, empowering clients to build a positive and sustainable relationship with food and their bodies.
As a neurodiverse and queer person herself, Alice is particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals and the LGBTQIA+ community, ensuring care is inclusive, affirming, and tailored to diverse needs. She is committed to fostering a safe and supportive space where all clients feel respected and understood.
Alice’s work spans private practice, community health, and disability services. She is dedicated to helping clients cultivate confidence and autonomy in managing their health in a way that aligns with their unique identities and experiences.
Alice holds a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Honours), a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health and is currently completing a Master of Counselling via University of New England. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her pets, starting new craft projects that never get finished, and collecting crystals
