Alice (she/her) is a dedicated Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician.
Passionate about holistic wellbeing, Alice views nutrition as a key element in enhancing both physical and mental health. She works closely with her clients to design practical, long-term nutrition strategies that not only address physical health needs but also nurture emotional and social wellbeing.
Alice has extensive experience supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities, mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression, eating disorders, and chronic health issues. She is particularly passionate about working with neurodiverse individuals and clients from LGBTQIA+ communities, ensuring her care is both inclusive and affirming. Alice is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Alice’s approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including the Non-Diet Approach and Health At Every Size (HAES) principles, empowering clients to build a positive relationship with food and their bodies.
Her work spans across a variety of settings, from private practice to community health and disability services, and she is dedicated to helping her clients build confidence and autonomy in managing their health.
Alice’s practice is about more than just nutrition—it’s about empowering people to live healthier, fuller lives by understanding the unique role food plays in their overall wellbeing.
Alice graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Honours) from the University of Newcastle and is currently undertaking a Masters of Mental Health through Southern Cross University. In her spare time, Alice enjoys hanging out with her pets, starting craft projects and collecting crystals.
