Sarah is a warm and friendly psychologist with over 8 years of experience in Private Practice. Sarah works from a strengths-based approach with clients across the lifespan. This includes children, adolescents and adults presenting with a wide range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, adjustment to life stressors, neurodiverse presentations, workplace difficulties and grief and loss. Sarah has experience with a wide range of therapeutic approaches including Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy (BSFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy.

Sarah has undertaken specialised training in treating eating disorders to enable her to provide individualised support for clients to build a more positive relationship with body image, eating and weight. Sarah aims to work collaboratively with both the individual and their families to help achieve their goals as they journey towards wellness.

Sarah is currently completing her Masters in Clinical Psychology (Post Registration) and is working through the process to finalize her accreditation as an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. Sarah enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends, walking her Pomeranian named Basil and tending to her collection of house plants.
