Jessica (she/her) is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with a passion for supporting her clients to normalise eating behaviours, enjoy food freedom, and eat intuitively so that they may live their best life.
Jessica approach to treatment is grounded in creating a safe and comfortable space for clients by using a non-diet, weight-neutral (Health At Every Size), neurodiversity affirming, and trauma-informed approach. Jessica is committed to providing compassionate care to people of all ages, with a range of eating disorders, and across the stages of eating disorder recovery.
Jessica is trained in Maudsley Family Based Treatment (FBT), enabling her to provide effective eating disorder treatment for children and adolescents. Jessica is also trained in Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E), a leading treatment for adolescents and adults with eating disorders.
Jessica’s professional experience spans multiple settings including private practice, inpatient mental health, community/disability services, and residential aged care. Jessica is especially interested in the mental health space and supporting people who are experiencing an eating disorder.
When not working, you might find Jessica taking her dogs for a walk, playing video games, camping, or simply enjoying an iced coffee.
