Holly is a clinical psychology registrar and has completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Sydney. Holly is a warm and compassionate therapist with experience using eating disorder specific therapies such as CBT-E to support those experiencing challenges with body image, eating or weight. She is passionate about providing a comfortable space to explore eating, body image and other concerns, and to work with individuals and families to achieve their goals.
Holly also has experience in both public and private clinical settings working with children, teens and adults experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, alcohol and substance use, grief and life stressors. She uses a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and general supportive counselling.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and baking, going on walks with her dog or reading.
Holly is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Clinical Psychology Association. She is available for appointments at the Broadmeadow clinic or for online appointments via our telehealth options as required.
